The Hata CVX interchangeable turret tablet press features removable turret technology combined with an easy to clean design for quick parts removal and change-over. The press also utilizes a reduced number of interior parts and less weight on heavier press components. The press is mechanically designed to operate at turret speeds of up to 100 rpm on single sided models. Other features include an optimized take off area and specially designed press doors which allow for better visibility into the compression zone. The CVX comes in single-sided models for 32, 38 or 45 stations for medium production and double-sided models for 45, 55 or 65 stations for high production requirements.
