The WIP tablet presses are integrated into a complete system that includes everything from an alpha-beta valve; to tablet press; to deduster; to metal check; to automatic tablet check; to tablet bin, all contained with isolators in a single system in one process room. The system eliminates the need for bulky space suits and the need to open the system for parts removal prior to the wash cycle. It also integrates flexible controls for wash down of all system components, including tablet press, charge system, and isolators, with no internal shrouds. WIP tablet presses can be run at both very low and very high speeds.
