Fette America
Product Line:
The complete line of Fette tablet presses meets a broad range of production requirements and output capabilities, while conforming to GMP, GAMP and FDA regulations. Recent innovations, as introduced in the new I series, include the new automatic rotor clamp, the new semi-automatic removal arm, the new 15 inches touchscreen operating terminal, new user-friendly operating surface, enhanced noise insulation, new diagnostic messages via e-mail or SMS, and a wash-in-place tabletting system.
Service/Technical Staff:
Fette America has 14 full-time technicians, including one dedicated to the southern U.S. region and two on staff full-time in Puerto Rico. A number of these technicians are specifically trained to service older generation Fette machines. On-call technical assistance is available 24 hours a day, via Fette's service hot line. Fette also has a full-time documentation and training department to meet all customer needs in those areas. The training program offers a broad selection of classes, from very basic two-day seminars to the newly-offered level-based training
Test Facility/Demonstration Lab:
Fette America's facility houses three labs, each controlled independently for humidity and temperature, for on-site Factory Acceptance Tests, trials, and product demonstrations. The company offers a wide range of testing capabilities for its customers including calibrated and certified tablet testing equipment and state-of-the-art overhead bin charging for all tablet presses. In addition, there is a spacious on-site training room for in-house training and educational programs with an adjacent lab for a combination of classroom and hands-on training.
