Product Line:
The latest Courtoy Tablet Press design, the MODUL, contains the powder within an Exchangeable Compression Module (ECM). Every part in contact with the product removes easily from the press making 30 minute changeovers a reality. This ECM is available in dust tight, R&D, high containment and wash offline versions. Upgrading to high containment is an ideal solution for toxic products. We offer solutions for a complete tabletting room by applying this concept to peripheral equipment.
Service/Technical Staff:
In our Niro Pharma Systems Service Department, located in Columbia, MD, we have sales, technical and service support dedicated to Courtoy Tablet Presses. These knowledgeable technicians combine experience and a dedication to keeping our customers happy. We can provide support during the installation, commissioning, validation and start-up stages, as well as providing maintenance contracts to ensure that you get the most out of your investment.
Test Facility/Demonstration Lab:
We have three demonstration facilities located in: Columbia, MD, USA; Halle, Belgium; and Basel, Switzerland. We have several different tablet press models available and always welcome trials with the customer's powder at our facilities.
