The AQUARIUS3 achieves full containment by pulling a deep vacuum in the compression area, completely isolating it from the compression room. When finished compressing, the operator simply pushes a button and the machine completely washes down from the hopper down to the chutes, followed by a complete wash in place cycle and vacuum drying. The unit offers standard IPT tooling, removable turret and is fully self contained with high-pressure wash pumps, vacuum pumps, detergent feed, heaters, etc. In addition AQUARIUS3 operates automatically with proprietary 21 CFR Part 11 compliant data acquisition software.
