Thomas Engineering supplies the Manesty Xpress and Diamond tablet press lines incorporating the latest technological advancements. The Xpress series offers removable turret options, compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, user-friendly control consoles, quiet vibration-free operation and flexibility. The Diamond range is comprised of the Unipress, Novapress, Rotapress and Elite, each offering significant benefits in critical operating parameters - changeover, yield, productivity and tablet quality.
Service/Technical Staff:
Strategically positioned in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, Thomas Engineering's technical service representatives and project managers provide lifecycle customer support which includes testing, validation and on-going maintenance. Thomas also provides on-site customized training and validation protocols. Thomas employs four highly qualified technicians at our Hoffman Estates facility, three on the east coast, one in Canada and three in Puerto Rico - all with the combined experience of over 50 years.
Test Facility/Demonstration Lab:
Laboratory facilities are housed within the 100,000 sq. ft. Hoffman Estates headquarters. Our state-of-the-art lab consists of two tablet press suites which can accommodate overhead feed trials and on-site mixing, plus a tablet coating suite to demonstrate and trial our full-range of lab-scale through continuous coating and containment systems.
